In a large stock pot, combine this package with a cup of sea salt and a gallon of vegetable broth, and bring to a boil until all the salt is dissolved. Then cool the broth to room temperature, and combine it in a 5 gallon bucket with a gallon of ice water. Soak the turkey in the brine for an hour per pound of turkey. Then remove the turkey, cook it, and enjoy!
