      DESCRIPTION

      Nigella Seeds are commonly used in Egyptian and Indian dishes such as curries and Naan bread. By combining Nigella seeds with mustard seeds, cumin, fennel, and fenugreek, you can create Panch Phoron which is a traditional Bengali spice blend. Nigella Seeds have a taste that is earthy, nutty, peppery, and slightly bitter.
