      DESCRIPTION

      From Fuzhou, the capital and largest city in the Fujian province of China, comes this lovely Jasmine tea. Paired with a Chinese green tea this fragrant infusion fills the room with the succulent aroma of flowers.

      Use 1 TSP (2 g) of tea leaves per 6 oz of water.  Bring water to just short of boiling (160-180 degrees F).  Steep tea for 1-3 minutes, testing as you go.  Steeping too long will result in a bitter tea.
