Jamaican Sorrel is a Caribbean hibiscus based drink. With warm spices and bright hibiscus, this drink is usually served cold. Although, often enjoyed in the winter months, this drink is tart and refreshing all year round. Mix 1-2 Tbsp powder to 8 oz hot water. Stir, let cool and serve over ice. Servings: 7-12
