    DESCRIPTION

    Sweet and savory, this rub is the perfect addition to pork chops, pork ribs or a pork butt. Rub generously on pork, chicken or beef and let sit in the fridge for 24 - 48 hours before smoking, grilling or roasting.  Don't be limited to low and slow, this crust is great with high heat as well!
