All the wonderful flavors of Chai, but without the caffeine boost! This traditional blend of exotic spices from Southern Asia can stand all on its own.
Use 1 TBSP (25 g) of tea per 8 oz of water. Put Chai in water and heat slowly to a boil. Add sweetener to taste and low boil for 5-10 min. Stir and turn pot off. Steep for another 15 min. Strain and add up to 8 oz of warmed milk.
