    DESCRIPTION

    Ground Mace comes from the nutmeg tree and compliments cream based sauces and pastries. Also pairs well with meats and creamy cheeses.  It is also commonly used as a substitute for nutmeg, it has similar flavors but adds more of a citrus note.
