DESCRIPTION
Cloves are the unopened flower bud of an evergreen tree, boasting pungent, woody, sweet and almost peppery flavor that pairs well alongside sweet and savory cuisine. Cloves can easily overpower a dish, only a few are needed. Cloves are also great in baked goods, curry powders, mulling spices and pickling spices.
